I order on 8 jul, payment was made on 9 july and I have not received any information at all about shipment and the producys have not arrived.

Material is NOT linen. So thin and made so cheaply. The size ordered, is not the size it should be. When I reached out to customer service they said send pics, which I did and they write back and said, "this is the size you ordered ..". Still trying to get my refund. However, the material is COMPLETELY see through. Save yourself some money, time and energy. Not worth the effort

Just as I expected, when I had to wait over a month to get the order, I started to think it may be a SCAM. And unfortunately this company is a SCAM The quality of their clothes is really bad, the fabric is cheap and very unpleasant to wear. And when I asked for a refund, SILENCE DO NOT FALL FOR IT, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. What you get at home is far off what you see on the website

Absolutely a disappointment! I am furious at these scammers! 1 -the clothes have nothing to do with the photos and the quality is below any criticism. 2. Only one piece arrived from my order, all the dresses I had ordered and paid for were missing. When I wrote to the support to ask where my dresses were - they most insolently replied that my dresses had been sent and delivered! They offered me a ridiculous total compensation of $19, given that each dress cost over $35. Don't tie them to the nice website and pictures - it has nothing to do with reality, and their service is a nightmare.

This is the worst experience I have had so far. I ordered without knowing that the order was coming from america. then I was told that it was actually coming from china. for a month I have been writing with the support team to get the address where to send them back. they are repeatedly refusing. I must have 50 emails with them asking them to give me the address. the clothes on the site have nothing to do with what you get in reality, the material is of inferior quality, it's a big scam.

I wish I could post pictures of the dress I ordered compared to the thing I received and pictures of the bad stitching/uneven neckline. The fabric is transparent and feels nothing like the linen/cotton combo it was supposed to be. If I want to send it back, I have to pay for the return! Give this company a big miss!

If I could I would give this company zero. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased 4 items from this company. One item did not arrive and when I queried it they said it had been sent separately. I pointed out that I had not received a tracking number for this parcel and they sent me a webpage that doesn’t work and a tracking number. When I checked the tracker the package had only been dispatched on 25th June. I ordered it on 25th May which means they have been economical with the truth. I’m assuming it wasn’t packed at the time in error and I would have thought more of them if they had just admitted the problem. Watch this space to see if I receive it. Of the remaining items, 2 were too small. Their sizes in general are way too small. I asked them to change the items to the next size up and they said they could not change the size because they had sent the correct size. Apparently it’s their policy not to exchange or refund if you order the incorrect size. They offered a token of 9US dollars as compensation. In my view this is really poor customer service. I did notice that positive reviews are all from the USA. Customers from other countries seem to have had similar problems to mine. Clearly they are struggling to adequately service their international market and their policy amounts to STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS. I’d like a full refund please which is something reputable companies do because they care about customer satisfaction.

Very beautiful combination, especially the skirt, I bought another black one. It's casual, but I can style it any way I want.
