I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my recent order. I received a completely incorrect product, and despite multiple communications, their response has been consistently inadequate. They have repeatedly denied that a mistake was made and refused to accept a return, which is completely unacceptable. Horrible service, Horrible communication and Horrible product. Never purchase anything from them. I will escalate the issue further.

The dress ordered is appalling quality badly made and see through. Not the cotton linen blend promised. The sizing also not as indicated. Fabricated in China - I was charged twice for the product ( which is already overpriced) and have not been able to resolve the issue with the company. Shipping time ok.

Apart from the lengthy time between order and delivery (coming from the US), the thin, see-through material used is very cheap, the stitching is awful, and the cost is ridiculous for what is essential low-cost bed sheet material. The photographs on the website and on Facebook make these look good but don't be fooled...

If I could give 0 stars I would. They sent random items, stuff missing, things I had not ordered, different colours, and the quality of the garments is awful, no linen and cotton as advertised, all polyester and spandex. I tried returning and they reply with all sorts of lies. A real disaster. It's a fraud.

They will not take returns or refund you! I have contacted them and they are not allowing me anything in regards to letting me return any of my shirts. It takes over their 15 day limit just to have it shipped to u.

I received an item that was not the size or style that I ordered. I wanted to exchange for a larger size and they said "that's what you ordered, give it to someone else " Toal false advertising!

I ordered $321.99 worth of clothing on 7.5.24. Never received a receipt or tracking for delivery. Almost 3wks later & no sign of anything. Also, I received a credit from them in my bank account for $100.07. IDK what that is about. My bank has no order/transaction number as every other purchase has. I finally found their website and saw that this product is not from the UK as advertised. All contact info is in China. I sent an email but no response. I've read some very good reviews and some very bad reviews. 🤞

They do not honor their refund policy. All of my items came in way too small, specifically around areas not listed on their website, such as arms circumference, or crotch inseam. Even though the refund policy says you can return unworn items in the original packaging they would not honor it. They just kept offering me small amounts of money to keep the items such as $15 or $18. I had to file a complaint with PayPal
