LINEReviews of line.me

I created a line account and was then told it was suspended. But I only had the account for 24 hours, I didn't send any messages. They have ghosted me, I will be going to Japan soon and need to reconnect with my friends absolutely disgusted with Line

ULTIMATELY BAD EXPERIENCE! CS won't take problems seriously. My account got suspended for no reason and told that I violate a guidelines (Even the account doesn't even reach a month old), and they just suspend my account. The respond by only COPY AND PASTING the suspension notes as a reply, and never reply or just ghost me which is very unhelpful and unsatisfied! Amazing job to Line customer service and awarded for being the WORST ever customer service in the entire world!!

I've had a LINE account for years to log in to their affiliated apps and games, I eventually was just using it on and off for a year before I stopped until this year. I recently tried to log back into one of their apps, but it kept giving me errors. I contacted their support to recover my account information, only to be told that my account had been suspended for violating ToS, somehow, and then they just redirected me to their help page. I sent them another inquiry about a week later asking for a repeal and more information as to how this happened, and I've never received a response. Extremely frustrating and upsetting.

Blocked my account for no reason. Asked the costume support about it, they told me they can't give me details and they don't answer me since then. The whole application is a joke

Worst app, I lost my account and my contacts a couple of time on this app, not to mention they have no one but bots working there, so if you have a single problem no one will take care of it, they blocked me for no reason and now I'm stuck...

They take paid for additional content tied to the account, but when I need to have Line installed on both a tablet for my disability and a secure phone for work, they require that I have two separate Line accounts and buy everything again. Why should I pay twice for the same product or be denied equal access to the products that I have paid for and own? I have the legal right to use the content I bought on any competing platform, but they won't even let me use it on theirs. They are nothing but discriminating *#@%€ completely disregarding both the Swedish purchase law's third paragraph and precedents from the EU's supreme court about legally owning digital products bought for lump sums.

Google are trying to push this app as a way to interact with their Ads support team. I was hoping for a web interface but the only Windows option was to install actual software on my computer, which is annoying to begin with. Then, when it installed there didn't seem to be a way to register an account either on their website or through the software. That's when I lost patience and uninstalled it. Complete garbage.

Very buggy. We run into support issues immediately, since the verification process for PC/Mac to phone run into an endless loop. Impossible to send emails to support. Account cancelled before we had used it for "breaking their rules". An absolutely horrendous experience. Google needs to reconsider using this app for their customer Ads support. It very buggy and the Line.me / Linecorp "support" is unspeakable and hideous.
