She was wonderful to see again. We did some breathing exercises and they will be very helpful in moving forward. She listened to everything I said. Very supportive. I felt in very capable hands.

After 7 years of chronic headache pain, I was referred to Lin Health. 2 months later I have reduced my pain medication by half. My headache isn't gone but I foresee a time when it will be.

We did a Graded exposure practice and it was really helpful in approaching the uncomfortable sensations that I was experiencing.

The constant touching of base. I appreciate the interest in keeping touch with how I feel about the program and how I'm doing as a whole.

Great coach! He matched my personality well. The knowledge I gained of how pain and the brain work together was very enlightening. Learning about the different tools and techniques used to deal with pain was very informative. Everything is covered at a slow pace and explained very well and was easy to understand. Practicing the tools and being able to ask questions was also a great asset. Nate was always willing to answer my questions to my understanding. He was always very respectful to me. It is amazing the number of tools and procedures available for pain management. I would recommend this program to anyone. (I also like it that it was online.)

I cannot say enough good things about Lin Health and this program! When I started, I was living with chronic pain that felt uncontrollable—or so I thought. I had spent so much time protecting myself from movements and activities because I was afraid they would make my pain worse. Through Lin Health, I’ve learned to understand my pain in an entirely different way. My coach has been incredibly caring, supportive, patient, and encouraging every step of the way. I’ve been given tools that have taught me how to stop much of my pain before it even starts, and I now recognize how often I was needlessly protecting myself because of fear of pain. Do I still have pain? Yes. But it is less frequent, less frightening, and much more manageable. Most importantly, I no longer feel powerless when it happens. I have learned that I can work through it and continue living my life. Lin Health has truly changed the way I think about chronic pain and what I believed my limitations were. The program takes commitment and an open mind, but what you learn can be life-changing. I believe this program has something to offer absolutely everyone dealing with chronic pain. I am incredibly grateful for my coach, for everything I’ve learned, and for the confidence I’ve gained along the way. I highly recommend Lin Health!
