Not the vehicle I paid for, and was very dirty. It was a very old party bus, not the executive sprinter van that picked us up. This was a church group which had just finished 38 hours of travelling. We were expecting an executive van with individual seats. The widows and door leaves excessive air, and it was very cold morning. The bench seating did not have seat belts! Seats and floor was VERY dirty. Driver required assistance to load and unload bags. Not a good experience, which surprised me since I referred another church group landing on the same plane. This group booked their trip MUCH later than I did,and they DID receive the executive sprinter with individual seating (at least they got some sleep from SFO to Grass Valley)!

The driver went to the wrong location, half of us had to uber to our holiday party and everyone was extremely late! Driver didn't even get out of the car to open the door for us! Never will use this service again.

Great communication, and easy to work with. I requested a change on my itinerary and it was easily accommodated. Our driver, Maria, was top notch and made sure we had a great time. I would not hesitate to hire again!

We have been very pleased with MGM Transportation and their excellent service in meeting the needs of our high school athletics department. The beautiful vehicles and comfortable ride made for some very grateful athletes and their families. The drivers have been wonderful, making our post-season events so much more pleasant. Thank you!

Easy process to arrange online, Driver arrived at the requested time to pick us up, very comfortable for all 11 of us and the bottled water was appreciated. If ever need again would arrange with this company.

The driver was on time and very courteous. The ride was very nice and comfortable.

the first thing the driver did was ask for the money. I was under the impression that it would be deducted from the same card, which it did only after he demanded to be paid up front. The limo was a little dirty and the paint was peeling off in some places. The running bars along the sides were super bent. For the price I paid, I expected a nicer looking Hummer.
