MGM TransportationReviews of limomgm.com

He was on time , and very courteous, dropped us off , opening the doors for us, and picked us up when we were done, said good night, couldn't ask for more . Warren

Driver unfortunately could barely speak English so communication was an issue. Was unfamiliar with the limo . Blue tooth not working, unable to control fans . When radio was playing couldn’t hear music as fans were so loud and driver couldn’t figure out how to control them. Every time we wanted the windows down as we were unable to control temp, we had to knock on the adjoining window to have him put window up or down. He couldn’t figure out how to give us control of the window. Then we were 15 minutes over our time and waited in the drive for another $50. Which I was astonished by as the whole experience was not great. I told him just to add it to my card, but he wanted cash. So as we rummaged around for $50 he said “ everything good” . I mean what are you suppose to say as you have a group of people waiting for you as you get out of the limo? The company said they would refund the $50 but I believe they could have done better!

Easy and quick to get a quote. Everyone is super nice. Great service, nice bus, great driver, not to mention the great rate. Can't ask for more. If you need the transportation service this is the company !! I am definitely coming back and Thank You So Much For Your Excellent Service. Our client enjoyed it very much ! Happy Holidays !!

Driver was very friendly, no a fan of the smoke breaks when we made our short stop. Bus was in decent shape, could use some touch ups, A/C did not work!!

I can't recommend this company enough!! The van was the best- service excellent - they transported 12 of us round-trip from Sacramento to SFO.

MGM was responsive, professional and affordable. The driver was on time and very friendly. I would recommend MGM to anyone looking for transportation.
