Great service, easy payment, and reliable.

Okay so we rented the party bus to fit 21 people we where told it fit 22 people max we still were sitting very tight on the bus. the bus arrived early to pick us up in yuba city to take us to downtown sac for a concert, which was great so we could make sure everyone was ready to go. The bus was nice besides some of the windows didn't have a shutter to pull down to block out the sun that was in half of the people's faces on the bus, it took us 30 minutes to figure out how to connect to the Bluetooth to play music after I was told by the manager there was a aux cord on the bus and I wouldn't have to bring my own there was NO aux cord and we had to connect to Bluetooth which the driver had no idea how to do there was several times the driver slammed on the breaks causing passengers to loose balance or fall over and almost spill the beverage which we where told we would be charged for if we spilled anything and that wouldn't of happened if the driver knew how to drive. I was also told there would be champagne on the bus including water and cups there was NO champagne which was disappointing since we paid $1035 dollars we arrived on time that was a plus and after the concert we called the driver to pick us up. We had 2 walk 10 minutes to find the bus because the driver was unable to come to us. The drive home was good much better driving and we got home safe. Overall we had a good experience and a fun time just wish some of the things I was told was accurate and they need to replace blinds on the bus

Everything was great except for a mishap in the beginning with the aux cord

The driver was on time and took us where we wanted to go but he was not super friendly.

The limo bus was perfect. Everything worked out great. I would for sure rent from MGM again. Also all the guest feel the same way. Christina was a great driver and treated all the guest with respect. thank you

Rick Hayes was driver of the party bus for my daughters jr prom. He was amazing and called to clear their requested drive about locations after prom. Being they are all minors, I greatly appreciated it. He got them around and back home safely and pick up drop off was right on time. Thank you Rick and MGM!

Clean. Nice vehicle. Was what I expected! Only complaint would be that the driver was against fun. Kids were good kids. Wanted music turned up and he turned up one notch but was still low. Asked to turn down heater because they were roasting and he wouldn’t turn down the heater. I paid a lot of money. The kids broke zero rules. No alcohol. They should at the very least be allowed to listen to music at a high volume at a comfortable temperature. Tipping before the ride is a horrible idea. Aux cord didn’t work so kids kept trying his cord until driver finally said, “oh yeah, I have Bluetooth”. Wasted 15 minutes.
