This was my first time using MGM limos and it was very good! The service was amazing and the limo was beautiful! I will be getting a limo from them again next time for sure !

Absolutely great!! This is our second time going with this company for limousines services and they have met our needs in both occasions. Plus, we had the same driver from the previous time so he knew exactly what we needed!

All went great and we had a great time! The bus was in good condition and the driver was nice also. Only feedback I would have is that the bus be stocked with garbage bags. The CD and DVD player seem to be somewhat of a challenge also. Otherwise it was great! Will definitely use again!

Horrible service, I tried to resolve with owner When I initially canceled a retirement celebration going out to wine taste at Old Sugar Mill, it was during worst air quality due to the Paradise Fires Nov 16th . Christine stated "Its not our problem if the air is bad" to go out you are responsible for half the booking fee. So re-booked on a better day post fires so I would no loose money and get credit for deposit they charged me. Day of re-booking, this time we went out, asked if we could take our Champagne in car. Driver was great, but he didn't hear the question and said. "No we don't" provide champagne. So company did not provide complimentary champagne or ice in car. We board highway, and shortly after hear tires thumping. Flat tire in back right of limo, and driver has no idea. We alert him and he parks us between moving cars! On ramp to the right, and freeway to the left. Driver checks trunk and no emergency equipment. We are nervous due to proximity of traffic on both sides. We wait a hour. Then we get replacement vehicle. This was large SUV. Maybe 22 passenger. I spoke with owner Andre on Monday about entire experience and again on Wed trying to resolve. He lies about his staff actions denying the rude customer service. I realized this person Christine is his family, he asked what do I want. I explained this was poor customer experience. When I suggested reimbursement he states, I gave you extra hour. Andre states my driver did everything right, begins to turn questions on me and demanding I answer "how would I handled a flat tire". He states he could give me credit for 20% of next service.??? What the hell. Why would I book again. I said really? I ask him what could he refund me? He refuses to respond and becomes hostile, almost blaming me for my complaints. Andre states "You are one of those kinda people that wants everything for nothing" he demands to talk to my husband and not to me, your not getting nothing!! Very rude owners, so of course customer service is bad. Check out the safety reports for this company before booking and google this company They had prior complaints of this type of poor customer service and a CBS Sacramento Call Curtis article was published about this poor service. I wish I had checked this prior to my booking.
