Great service

Great customer service from beginning to end. The bus was very clean, The driver was very professional. And the kids loved the lights. See you next year!!!

Great service!

The buses had nice interiors and were clean however, communication with this company was abysmal. The company would communicate one thing to us, the client, and something totally different to the drivers. A lot of confusion was thus created. Drivers would then communicate changes to our riders instead of coming straight to me, onsite logistics, to confirm resulting in more confusion. Deborah Mendicino was an exceptional driver.

Totally would recommend. Easy to set up. Great communication. Amazing driver! Nice/new bus! Loved our day!

MGM was a great company to work with! Christina was so nice and helpful with our transportation needs to and from the airport with a large party of musicians and their instruments! And she was very accommodating to work within our budget. The driver was ready and waiting at the airport when our large party arrived. Thanks so much!

MGM gives exceptional customer service! We received very quick responses from the office to our questions and quote request! The large bus we rented was super nice, clean and comfortable, and the bus driver was very polite. Will definitely use them again!

Really fun experience and great, comfy bus!
