TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't order from this company unless you want to wait a MONTH for your item to even start the shipping process. Although, who knows if it would have even shipped had I not reached out to try to CANCEL my order since it wouldn't arrive in time for my vacation. Despite my MULTIPLE REQUESTS to cancel the order before shipping, they SHIPPED IT ANYWAY!! Now that I have requested to return it, they say that I have to pay for shipping and it is very expensive to get it back to China and could take a long time in customs and I wouldn't get a refund until the return was received. WHY SHOULD I PAY?! I ASKED FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED!! They're a nightmare to deal with and the clothes are poor quality. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

The clothes arrived after 6 weeks delayed, very bad quality, just cheap china stuff, much overpriced!!!never ever again...

If I could give the company no stars i would!! Don't order from them the clothes are cheap and look nothing like pictured and then when you try to get a refund they tell you the shipping is too expensive!!! Terrible customer service as well After they did not want to let me get a refund they wanted to give me a coupon instead for not even a quarter of the amount the item was!!! Don't do it!!!

They are scammers. The items are absolutely nothing like they advertise, the item came without pockets but there are pockets in the picture. VERY CHEAP QUALITY AND WON'T LET ME RETURN FOR A REFUND. I HAVE A DISPUTE OPEN

Order placed 27th Nov. So called arrived in the UK 7th Dec. I have no items and all Lilipretty say is wait more. I have asked for a refund but no such luck. I have complained through Paypal and to Lilipretty and now to the National Fraud Agent. SCAM and when you write a review here this is sent to Lilipretty but they do not respond....

Scam!!! Clothes are not as seen in the photos. No return option. Save your money

Total scam. Ordered One item from this site for 50$. Once I read the reviews, I wanted to cancel my order - they said the best they could offer was 8$ off my next order. When I replied no to that offer, I heard nothing back. The order has never arrived and it’s been a month. The shipping tracking says it is shipping from Los Angeles but it has not moved this entire time. I disputed the charge with my bank to get my money back.

The clothing they send does not match what is pictured and the sizing is off. I did not receive the items at once, they came at separate times. They did not give me a refund even though I was trying to return within the allowed timeframe. It was very difficult to communicate with them.i spent unbelievable amout of time on the2415662 internet finally i found their help information finnaly i was able to get in touch with customer service company rep who was very kind and polite with me while getting my return shipping and refund on my order but their product is nasty However the merchandise sent were synthetic, polyester
