Stunning dress! Fits perfectly, a little snug in the bust but other than that, perfect dress!

The order arrived in about 3 weeks. But its not true to size at all. Very small and CHEAP. Like I paid 30 something for a dress that is TRASH. Plus what I received is not like the photos at all. Looks like its made from a very cheap nylon. They offered me the following options upon my asking for a refund: 3$ to keep the item, a discount on a future purchase (I will NEVER order from them again) or to return them the item for full refund at my expense. Obviously returning the item to China is going to cost more than the item itself so I won't be going with that option, but its a total joke. They obviously know that we won't splurge for China shipping and offer slap in the face options instead. I should have listen to my gut and not order with them. I truly do not recommend and would give them zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favour AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order March 27 and received the items May 1st. When I originally reached out to customer service the language wasn’t broken and kept saying “it’s currently shipped don’t worry”. The items had not shipped yet and refused to cancel my order for a refund. After receiving the items quality is HORRIBLE and CHEAP. They are see through and remind me of a Halloween costume martial. UPDATE 5/16 When I reached out about how to return my order they first offered me to keep my order and $25 towards a new order. When I asked said no I want to return my order for a refund again they tried to offer $5 back because it’s such a hassle shipping internationally back to them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience and wish I would of just lit the $150 on fire to start a bonfire since I would of gotten some use out of money

One month to receive trash. Literally.

I am waiting for their customer service to respond to me on returning an item. They said I can't initiate the return without hearing back from their support. I have a feeling they are waiting for the days to expire so I can't return the item. This is very sketchy business. I don't recommend buying from them...EVER.

I never received my order. I requested the order be canceled and refunded and customer service refused to do so. They only offered me a discount on a future purchase - which is crazy because they never even sent me my first order... why would I order again and spend MORE money? I had to dispute the claim with my credit card company. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Brought a dress nothing like photo very cheap and thin , do not buy from these

I reached out to cancel items ordered. I was told they would be cancelled because the items were on backorder. Several days later I received an email that my order was shipped. I tried explaining that I didn't want the order but was told "it was shipped" the order arrived and the the items were disappointing, extremely small. The color and texture didn't appear as in the advertisment. I spent weeks requesting they send prepaid postage for a return, they wouldn't, I ask them to refund fifty-percent, they wouldn't. This experience has not been pleasant. I personally would not recommend this company for online purchases.
