I ordered two items which in the foto look much better. They used pictures from influencers from other brands to advertise the items, sell them quite expensive. After several emails to customer service because I was not receiving any tracking number even several days after the purchase, I finally received the tracking number and the parcel arrived rather quickly. Nevertheless, the quality of the items is very crap and far from what it’s shown in the picture. So my recommendation is DO NOT BUY. It’s quite the rip-off!!

This is a horrible company borderline fraudulent. The jacket I ordered looked nothing like the photo. The return expectations aren’t clearly and explicitly outlined on website. It arrives from China. They will not cover costs to ship it back and only offer small refunds as in pennies on the dollar in exchange for you retaining the item. Ultimately, you’ll take a loss. I paid $50 and was offered $5 for my troubles. They essentially trap you because returns are not guaranteed due to issues with Customs. Too big a risk. I got got basically. Never again.

i’m glad I read the reviews before I bought from this store. I don’t think it’s a store. I think it’s a scam once you give them your money you can’t get it back.

I bought the kimono cover up slit dress from lilipretty, the dress was so good, and I love the material. Shiping was too slow.

It's a total con cannot believe I fell for it, the items shown are one offs made well of good .aterial it is not what you get, you get nasty cheap material that looks nothing like, I ordered the coat that said soft feel, it looked like a vibrant short fleece fabric but what came was a very badly made this nylon dull rubbish coat. It gives you an email but it does not go anywhere. It's a complete con do not be tricked. AVOID THESE DREADFUL PEOPLE.

Terrible terrible company, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY. They won’t refund you but maybe 3-5 dollars and the stuff they sell is made with the crappiest material ever and always late. You can’t even track it if you return it or order it. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!

Horrible, unethical company. Warning: Do not order from Lilipretty website! I ordered 2 dresses and only received one. They refuse to refund me for the dress I never received. In addition, the one dress I did receive has a hole in the pocket and is made very poorly. They are insisting that I pay the shipping back to China which is around the same cost of the dress ($37). Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

I brought a dress that arrived 6 weeks later and mysteriously was despatched 2 days after I complained. When the product arrived it was nothing like I had ordered (except that the print was yellow) The material was a very poor quality non cotton. I tried to return it but it is not possible as they expect you to return it to China and pay return. I was offered s 5 Euro refund which didn’t turn up. I didn’t check reviews before ordering which is now what I do and thank you trust pilot for this resource to warn others. I now see this is a particularly poorly reviewed company.
