I returned a dress to this company on 13-03-24. I had been told it would okay to return and was sent the address. I have emailed so many times, they responded, saying they have not received the returned dress and please wait patiently. It is impossible to talk to anyone. I am still waiting for my refund. Really bad company, they scam you.

Inspite of the high price and nice pictures the quality is poor, especially the material. It is impossible to send it back to China. They write letters, to keep the products offering 4-6 dollars refund(!)instrad of sending back because the shipping is so expensive that you would pay as costumer. I would never order anything again.

I ordered one item, and they changed my order to two items. I have never received them.They're theives. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.Also, I've seen the same outfit u see several other sites with the same outfit in different colors on Pinterest. Am notifying Pinterest also that this is a scam. Got $80 from me!

Lilipretty is overall very nice. I love the choice, the stuff comes fairly fast with no problems at all. The quality is solid but not spectacular.

I got my clothes and was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price point! Shipping took a bit longer than I would have hoped but overall I'm very happy
