I came to the web site to buy a fan just like the one that failed after two years of use, since it is a great looking fan. SO I knew exactly what I wanted. Easy to find... Easy to put in the cart... Easy to do everything except pay for it. The site balked when I tries PayPal. It just quit. SO I tried Apple Pay which appeared to work. I even hit "Pay".... no indication that it went through. I checked with the "Chat folks for help... No luck with the first chat. Or the second... Or the third... I called and after about 3 attempts to identify my transaction they said Apple Pay can be slow, just wait 30 minutes and if you haven't received confirmation, call us again. I finally ordered it with a credit card and received an email. Good price... large hassle.

I ordered fixtures from them. The product description said they were LED lights. The lights that arrived were standard A19 screw in bulbs not LED. I sent them an email. They did not stand by the price and I returned them and reordered the correct ones at a higher price from a quote they gave me. Days later I was informed that the fixtures are discontinued and the order was cancelled.
