I ordered 3 Kovacs exterior lights through NY showroom and received NO follow up, they took forever (months), everytime I called I was on hold FOREVER & given all sorts on answers and estimated times for arrival. I requested the lights to be shipped to me in NJ but ended up having to pick them up in NYC AFTER my electrician had come & gone so they are still in a box... will get installed in the Spring now. I have used LBG many times over the past 12 years for full house & apartment renovations, but this will be my last.

I bought all my kitchen lights from them several years ago. That was a complicated purchase and the salesperson was patient and figured out the solution to all the problems. I was looking for a replacement shade for one of the fixtures and wasn't able to find a match online. When I called, the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and was able to find what I needed. Delivery was faster than I expected. Altogether I would definitely recommend this company...both my experiences have been excellent.

We visited several times and they we're very helpful in finding what we needed for our special circumstances. Their prices are very competitive.

We ordered a number of bathroom fixtures from Lighting by Gregory. They did a terrific job of answering questions and quickly getting the pieces to us.

Product selection is excellent. Service is fair. You need to know exactly what you want before arriving there. Do you research beforehand or you may end up with the wrong items for your specific project. No return policy is terrible.

Ordering was smooth with salesperson at lighting by Gregory, the issue began when my contractor whom had installed the tech lighting system before, found an issue with the remote transformer I purchased from LBG, I reported the problem to LBG and was told to bring it in for testing, which I did I was spoken to over the phone and in person as if I were a child, or couldn't understand English, they were very condescending. I was told there was nothing wrong with transformer and sent on my way with no real help!! I will never shop there again, I am also on the board of a large nyc coop and ask often about my totally renovated apartment including the elegant lighting we selected, I will never recommend LBG
