Our salesperson was Viviane. We selected several items, one turned out to be a discontinued floor model. It was sent to me by messenger in an unmarked box (actually had a FEDEX label on it from someone to someone, nothing to do with me or your store) packed, sealed, delivered by messenger to my package room with NO IDENTIFIERS. I examined it, could find no evidence of who sent it or to whom, told the package room to send back to FEDEX. Viviane is trying to blame me or my building staff - totally unprofessional, unacceptable. If I had opened that package it and it was not meant for me it would have been a federal offense and for all I knew, a security risk. YOU CANNOT SEND SEALED PACKAGES WITH NO IDENTIFIERS. Totally unacceptable.

I needed a Tolomeo base and after trying at various places I went to Lighting by Gregory. They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. If it's not in the store, they'll locate it for you! Highly recommended.

I ordered an outdoor light fixture to match the existing ones on my house when I was having some home renovation done. The price was great and the ordering process was easy. The only problem was that the light was on back order so I ordered it in July & they told me it would be September before I got it! LBG was great though, they told me that right away & offered a refund or a different light. I elected to wait for the match & finally got it in November! I did have to contact them once or twice to make sure it was coming & each time they were prompt in reassuring me & offering alternatives. Once the light arrived it was in perfect condition & matched the existing lights.

I needed a glass replacement shade. Didn't know the name, style, anything. I emailed pictures to the associate. She found it for me, followed up with me the next day, and took care of all the paperwork, payment, shipping, etc. This was all done long distance, through email and over the phone. Great experience - they should all be like this...
