Honest service and great prices

Staff is very knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick the perfect lights for our project.

I had a couple of tricky lighting situations and was incredibly well helped by the team, especially David, who is so knowledgeable. I learned a lot about lighting and especially some LED options that I didn't think would match my tastes. They ended up being great options. Along the way, there was a hiccup with a delivery on an item and I don't think they could have done more or better to resolve it quickly. Give them highest marks.

Very helpful in sorting out they myriad of possibilities offered.

I recently had to have a lamp fixed that I bought at Lighting by Gregory years ago. Jahaira in customer service arranged for the lamp to be picked up and serviced for a very fair price. I must have spoken with her about five times and each time she proved to be extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. The best customer service I have received anywhere for a long time!

Great experience from start to finish

Calls Naim to order replacement part for my Holtkotter lamp. Quick service had the shade in a few days.

Love the lamp.. Has all the features that I was looking for: dual lamp, dual dimmer switch and adjustable.. Gives out great light. Only con: switches are low that expected but well worth the purchase..
