They have a great selection and good prices but it ends there. Salespeople only care about taking your money. It's like pulling teeth to get informed help. If there are any problems (and we had many issues with products) no one wants to help resolve them. They rip you off with shipping and delivery prices. Oh, and don't get there after 4pm because the Salespeople all just want to go home. We were told by our salesperson that we got there "too late" and she wasn't sure she could help us (we got there about 45 mins before closing and knew exactly what we wanted). I've been shopping there for over 20 years but will look hard to find another option.

This is the last of the great stores in what used to be the Bowery Lighting District in lower Manhattan. We've bought chandeliers, wall sconces, outdoor lights, etc. from them for three residences over more than a decade. Reasonable, fair prices, but the real standout is the highly knowledgable sales staff. Dave in particular is exceptional. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
