Staff was helpful. Didn't have to wait long. Answered all questions.

Accessible, helpful, Knowledgeable, efficient, Thank you

The replacement parts were just what I needed.

I had a defective Lightolier fixture and needed to exchange it. The customer service rep at LBG was excellent; answered my phone calls promptly and arranged the exchange almost effortlessly. I wish I could say the same for Lightolier; their fixtures have declined in quality and I've had several that have been defective.

Cliff did an excellent job. Beginning with our initial conference, emails regarding his selections and his placing all orders, all things were done promptly and well done. Our lighting will not be installed until 12-9, but we assume that all product coincides with our wishes!

Lighting By Gregory is one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. If you have ANY other option other than shopping here, such as cutting your own arms off and using them as lamp stands, you should do that instead.

Doing a reno and want "the good stuff" but you're not working with a designer? Then this is the place! Patient and knowledgeable staff will walk you through the numerous wonderful lighting options available in this downtown showroom.

Customer service awesome.
