Other than waiting 1 month for delivery am very pleased with the quality of the wooden birdcage lamp. Exactly as depicted; perhaps even more solid than expected for the price. Particularly impressed with how well it was packaged to avoid damage: box within a box in which all outer edges of box was reinforced. Haven’t seen that before. My inquiries about the delivery delay were answered promptly.

honestly a bit hesitant at first due to the number of negative reviews I came across online. However, my experience was completely the opposite — it was great from start to finish. The customer service was excellent. Communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout the process. My order arrived on time and as described. One of the two lights I ordered unfortunately didn’t work, but when I reached out to the company, they responded promptly and sent me a brand new replacement without any hassle. It’s rare to find companies these days that take customer satisfaction so seriously, and I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently they handled the issue. I wanted to share my experience because I know how influential reviews can be, and I think Lighting Forrest deserves recognition for how well they handled my order. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
