Lighting ForestReviews of lighting-forest.com

We ordered a pendant light for our bedroom through Lighting Forest. When we ordered, the website said that the light would be shipped approximately 6 weeks after ordering. We were in no rush, and I was looking for a very specific size, so I didnt mind the wait. While some of the reviews online about Lighting Forest made me nervous we weren't going to receive anything, overall I think we had a very good experience. We had ordered June 16th, and received tracking info almost exactly 6 weeks later. The light we received was exactly what I was looking for, the price was much lower than anything comparable from other retailers, and the quality is great. I'm really happy with it. As long as you're not in a huge rush, I would definitely recommend Lighting Forest. As an added bonus, the box it came in had like over 100 stamps on it with a bunch of different dinosaurs, so that was cool, lol. 10/10 light, 10/10 shipping box.

Excellent customer service and unique, fabulous lighting.

Other than waiting 1 month for delivery am very pleased with the quality of the wooden birdcage lamp. Exactly as depicted; perhaps even more solid than expected for the price. Particularly impressed with how well it was packaged to avoid damage: box within a box in which all outer edges of box was reinforced. Haven’t seen that before. My inquiries about the delivery delay were answered promptly.

Counterfeit products and non-existent customer service. This site is a scam, do not give them a penny.

SCAM! NOTHING is in stock! They take your money and never ship product. I have emailed the company and they say they have nothing in stock!

AI was right. Their products are misrepresented, appear more cheaply made than in the photos, they keep $30 for a restocking fee despite not even removing them from the boxes. No return shipping labels so I had to pay $60 to return. $90 spent FOR NOTHING. Poor customer service response times, don’t expect a response for a week or more. I ordered and returned two sets of lights because the photos online misrepresented the open spacing of the rattan and the lights looked like what you might find at IKEA.

We ordered a light that we ultimately didn’t like. I connected with a customer service rep, Kelly, over email, and she was great. She helped us with a swap, small refund and followed up until the light was confirmed to be delivered by fedex.

I will never order from this place again. It took two weeks for me to receive my light and in the meantime, I found another one I liked from Wayfair that I ordered in order to compare which one I liked better. I decided to go with Wayfair, plus it was half the price. I was told by one CSR that I would be reimbursed shipping cost. I paid almost $138 to return the pendant light to them and wasn’t seeing my refund after two weeks. I had to contact them and ask about it. I was told I would get my refund, but no reimbursement for my return shipping cost by a different CSR. It’s absolutely ridiculous that a customer needs to absorb that cost. Plus they charge a $30 restocking fee! Never again.
