Way too expensive! The elevator smells like urine.

Totally and completely dishonest. I believe this place to be among the worst. I do not know how or why they can function the way they do. Not to mention the level of incompetence of staff and lack of knowledge of their inventory. Reserved a storage online, *drive up unit, *("so and so") price, *first month free. All sounded good. Talked on phone to confirm, oh that unit is not drive up. As internet advertised. They can't fix to the correct unit on their end. He tried, but it's twice as much, otherwise I don't get the online deal. He will release the one he had saved and then I can reserve it. But, again, to get the online deal I must pay online right away. Not reserve and finish up in person. So I look for the released unit, nothing pops up under criteria. A ton of similar. I call back, I read him all options. He says "huh, if it's that size, then it's a drive up." So I verify, because now I have to pay my reg fees. It came out to about $30. I called back to confirm, he says it's not a drive up. They don't have drive up available. Then I find one that is. He switched it over, it was twice as much. But still got first month free, and only 20$ for a lock!? Ha! After everything is said and done, after multiple reviews of info, we finalize agreement. Then imagine my surprise when 1.5 weeks later, I am billed for the following month. Turns out if you want a free month as advertised, you have to rent unit on the 1st of the month. Crooks, thieves, liars, scandalous. So disgusting and reprehensible, I am ashamed that I referred family and friends there! Never again!!

Your on site staff is very unprofessional and rude.

The guy at the desk was rude and they tried to charge me full price for two weeks and then told me I would have to pay again on the 1st the same amount

Didn't honor the online deal from sparefoot and refused to give the discount I was promised when I signed up. Also had to switch units because the dimensions were not the same as the dimensions of the unit I rented. (Tried to pass a 3.5 x 4.5 as a 5x5).

First off...the lady in the office was extremely polite. But that wasn't the problem. She said I needed to give a $20 deposit to hold the locker. She charged my credit card in the late morning of August 3rd. She said that your facility was "climate controlled" but all I saw in the locker area was a fan and it was hot and humid in the building. I looked at another facility on Dixie Hwy after seeing yours and decided to go with that company instead as it was actually air conditioned. I had a lot of clothing I was putting into the unit so I was concerned about the temperature and moisture level. Later that SAME day I went back to your facility and asked the girl in the office if she could refund my deposit and she said NO,,,that it was non-refundable. I explained the reason why I went with the other company...that it was actually "climate controlled" unlike your facility. I thought she would make an exception...but she said she couldn't. IF YOU ADVERTISE "CLIMATE CONTROLLED" then your facility should actually be air conditioned!

I was going to rent a space and then changed my mind. They have harassed me with multiple phone calls, messages, texts, and emails sometimes multiple times a day since I cancelled my reservation. I've had to block more than one number from them. Scary.

24 access not attainable. Office. Space rental air condition is unbearably hot.wifi access is unbelievable difficult. There's gate and transient people on the perimeters of facility. .the office rental are not repainted nor carpets cleaned for new prospective renters. Do not rent at this facility. It needs to address its deficit's
