This storage place is exactly what we were looking for. The customer service is great. This is the negative situation that happened, the first day we were moving in... When we were moving in, there were only two carts available after office hours. We had to return our fully loaded van within an hour. There was a guy moving things out so he was using one cart, the other cart was occupied by a tenant that was using it as a table/seat so she can sort out her unit. I kindly asked her if I can use the cart since she wasn’t using it for actually moving things but using it as a table to sort through her things. She kept telling me there was another cart, which I already told her was being occupied by another tenant. She refused to give up the cart and ignored me until I told her that I would report her to management that she was abusing the use of the cart and that she could be evicted. Now I dont even know if thats a rule but it should be. It was very inconsiderate of her and the fact that she always does this, (info from the other guy using the other car) I’m wondering if anyone else has complained about her. Anyways besides that, overall I love the convenience of it and the friendliness/ helpfulness of the staff.

It was very easy to get started and I like the access in and out of the facility without having to get out of the vehicle. Security seems to be good with so many cameras.

I had my stuff there almost a year and so far so good manger is very sweet and nice!

When I first went to the facility to reserve a storage, the woman working wasn’t too friendly. She wasn’t rude but it seemed like she was just eh, like she didn’t care for her job but had to be there. When I went in on my move in day, the guy working was awesome!!! He was so helpful and friendly and it seemed like he wanted to be there. I forgot his name but thanks for being great!

Yes, very decent treatment & proffessional staff! The gentlemen who helped me showed me exactly what size storage I needed. He was fast friendly and helpful. The only problem to watch out for is the cockroach infestation the outdoor storages. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. I'm sure that it is common & unavoidable, so we cleaned everything thoroughly with Clorox wipes gloves on upon the closing of my contract. The manager was also fast, friendly & helpful. They offer water, coffee and candies.

Lighthouse Storage - The staff is very kind, professional and calls you to ask if you are still considering moving your belongings to their facility. I am still considering them at this time, but....I would very much like it if they were a little cheaper.
