Nicole D. went above and beyond helping me out when I was in a tight squeeze. In fact your whole team of NECU employees are awesome. I’m so happy with the services that NECU provides.

The staff at the credit union in the exeter office are always polite, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Any time I need to do business with anyone at NECU. They are kind, knowledgeable, friendly and always resolve any issue

I call the Branch speak to Karen and her customer service is outstanding

Northeast is a wonderful financial establishment. I have never had any issues with my loans

Didn't want to have to replace my old car, but had to... Didn't really want to take a loan out, but needed to.... Absolutely the best experience ever...! Thanks for everything!!!!

I called regarding a personal loan. I moved out of New England 5 years ago and moved to North Carolina , but have continued to use Northeast Credit union. The woman I talked to was very helpful, offered to do the a application on the phone with me. She was very helpful, friendly and within 8 hours I had the money I applied for in my account. And that is why, even though I no longer live in NH , I continue to bank with northeast Credit union.

What great customer service and ease of closing for my loan. They explained everything well and closed very fast. The people here are top notch and such a great place to bank.
