Terrible company ,ordered two lighters on February 28th and haven’t received anything ,no one reply’s back and my tracking updates don’t change .Dont waste your time or hard earned money

Anyone that gives a positive review is lying to try to boost up the score. They are likely involved with the company in some sort of way trust me this is not a good company I'm currently in talks with my bank for fraud charges.

Didn’t have a single issue with the lighters or customer service. Definitely will purchase again.

Worse company ever brought a lighter about 4/5 weeks ago and have heard nothing back from them I emailed LighterLoungeCo it self asking for any order update no reply from anyone but they have the nerve to send me this email and ask how we done we’ll let me state it again you done fkn s**t, like there’s no customer service there’s no replys what so ever to emails my tracking number doesn’t even update like everything about this site is just out of whack. Intill I receive my product a refund or a updated email on my items I’m spreading the word that lighterloungeco is the worst

Do not buy from this company. The customer service is horrible. I ordered two lighters one came correct the lighter was not the one I ordered I reached out to customer service and was told to send back the wrong item that I received and they would send me the correct one they sent me a return label and after that all communication stopped. I have been trying for months to get a response and now they will not reply back to me this company is a joke, horrible customer service, and a complete rip off!!!

The lighter is awesome.
