Thank you JuliAnne for the wonderful testimonial. I'm so glad you are happy with both our products and service. Your experience is what I strive for all my clients to have. Your comments have led me to some do introspection. With that in mind I'd like to share some thoughts... The personal service you mentioned you received is primarily due to my interaction with clients, which I love doing, though my employees sometimes interact as well. The superior craftsmanship and beauty of the products is almost exclusively due to the skills and integrity of my fabulous employees and their longevity with Lightcrafters, for which I'm truly blessed and eternally grateful. Without them my life and my business would be very different. I'm in their debt. I suppose I should say the same about my clients, many of whom are repeat customers due to the fact I've been in business for 24 years. I wouldn't be here without them and you. Thank you for choosing to work with us. It's feedback like yours that further encourages me to strive to maintain our high standards long into the future. Thank you providing the feedback and for giving me the opportunity to express my gratitude to you and the others who make it happen. Kent Samuelson Lightcrafters, Inc.
