The pendant rope is exactly what I wanted, I’m very happy with it! The only problem I had was it did take 36 days to get to me and when I emailed about the product I didn’t get a response for over two weeks. Unfortunately because of this I wouldn’t order from this company again.

After waiting for almost a month for the product due to the USPS shipping fiasco, I finally received it. The nightlight was packed in a box that appeared to be from electrical components. Ok, I like to recycle, too. However, the box was rather flimsy and the nightlight was packed with broken pieces of Styrofoam. The entire thing left a lot to be desired in terms of protecting the product. Considering what I paid for shipping, I expected it to be a more secure package. Fortunately, the nightlight arrived intact. Unfortunately, it did not really match my expectations. The design is quite awesome but the materials used were not what I was expecting. The whole thing just doesn't seem terribly sturdy. Additionally, the metal was soldered to the switch slightly off center so the nightlight doesn't sit in the outlet evenly. I cannot recommend this business.

Hi Chris, I’m sorry you were not delighted with your purchase. I wish you had contacted me directly so I could have addressed your issues. I ascribe to the adage that the customer is always right. Yes I do ship with recycled materials when possible. I’m happy and proud to do so and grateful that your night light arrived safely. I was confident it would. I realized late in the game that USPS was really messing up their deliveries this past Christmas. When I did, I switched to using UPS exclusively. I’m sorry I didn’t know before I shipped your item. As far as the clip being off center, in our haste to fulfill holiday orders we may have messed up yours. Had you contacted me I’d have sent you another free of charge. That’s how I roll. I’d have also told you that you can likely give the base a little tug left or right to center it. The clip is securely soldered and malleable, thus slight adjustments are available. If you’d like to discuss how I can make this right for you please contact me at your convenience. I’m open to replacing the the ítem with a replacement or a different design or providing you with a full or partial refund. Please accept my apologies for not meeting your expectations.
