I am very happy with the electrified rope. Despite my initial frustration with long delay in receiving the product. Customer service eventually came through with flying colors. I will be purchasing more of this product. Thank you, Anna.

When it finally arrived, product was excellent. Too bad the company does not communicate well or let you know at the time of order that lead time is 6 weeks.

Beautiful fixture - had some blemishes first time but they fixed them promptly

Something unknown occurred that delayed my receipt of the item for over 2 1/2 months. Upon contacting the store, a replacement was made and shipped in good order and time. The only other complaint I have is that I remember the mailbox being a combination of copper and bronze. The item I received is ONLY copper and not as attractive and eye-catching as I recall the original item to be. Overall I am satisfied, yet I am disappointed that it does not match what I recall from my original viewing and expectations. Louis Randall "Randy" Almond

Nice lights.

Nice product, cool look. A bit better timeline and tracking would’ve helped but worth the wait.

Thanks very much for your honest review Robert. I appreciate the feedback and will continue to work on better communication. We've been overwhelmed with work and some of that detail has slipped a bit recently. Thanks for the reminder of how important that end of our business is, the customer support end. We'll strive to to better. I'm sorry you were disappointed in that respect but happy you're otherwise impressed and pleased with your purchase.

Light was great. But have asked 9 times for a review! Stop asking!
Response from LightcraftersMay 2, 2022
Wow, sorry about that. I had no idea my clients were being pestered by Trustpilot. These requests are automated and I was under the impression you'd be asked just two times, not nine times. Please accept my apologies. I'll see if I can adjust that in the Trustpilot settings. I'm glad you're pleased with the product anyway. Kent Samuelson, Lightcrafters

The light are good. Just seem a little cheaply made.

Hello Richard. Thank you for your review. You purchased four American made, handcrafted fixtures from us for $115 each. It sounds as though you are not 100% satisfied. That's extremely rare for us, I’d love for you to expound upon your statement. You have my contact information on your receipt. Please feel free to email me or call. Thank you for your purchase. I hope you enjoy your custom made lighting. Kent Samuelson Lightcrafters Austin, TX
