If you take it out of the box it is unreturnable.
I purchased the rolling desk for an impaired person. The desk is great. I wish I had ordered the taller expandable desk instead of the shorter one. I also wish I had read the fine print. It turns out that if you open the box and take out the accessories (if you ordered them), that by the simple act of trying them on the table they are no longer refundable or returnable. I ordered two arm lifts and a monitor arm. The monitor arm was never installed. We simply took it out of the box and tried to figure it out without much luck. Then we decided that maybe it wasn’t necessary. The arm lifts were not right for the person that was going to be using them. I wish that companies would make this extremely clear when purchasing about their return policy. And of course I probably missed it. I just didn’t think that taking them out of the box and trying it would make the products unreturnable. This is the downside of online ordering. The company did respond to my emails.
