I purchased the rolling desk for an impaired person. The desk is great. I wish I had ordered the taller expandable desk instead of the shorter one. I also wish I had read the fine print. It turns out that if you open the box and take out the accessories (if you ordered them), that by the simple act of trying them on the table they are no longer refundable or returnable. I ordered two arm lifts and a monitor arm. The monitor arm was never installed. We simply took it out of the box and tried to figure it out without much luck. Then we decided that maybe it wasn’t necessary. The arm lifts were not right for the person that was going to be using them. I wish that companies would make this extremely clear when purchasing about their return policy. And of course I probably missed it. I just didn’t think that taking them out of the box and trying it would make the products unreturnable. This is the downside of online ordering. The company did respond to my emails.

The table is really study and I like it.

I discovered LiftSync by a casual coincidence while searching on the web. I had been looking for sometime for a table that was height adjustable and most of what I found you had to manually adjust the legs to certain preset height levels. This would mean having to remove whatever was on the table to make the change and then replace the items. Also, most of those tables could only be set to a maximum height level of 36". Then I discovered LiftSync and was really excited! Here was a table which could go as high as 46" and the height was adjustable with the push of a one button! Also, the cost was not that much greater the price of the manually adjustable ones! I was sold!

Quality product and company, instructions failed to clarify one key component (main support strut direction to ensure the pressure lever properly mounts) that made me disassemble the desk twice to correctly put together, and while a majority of it is high quality from.the board and minimal screws, I am not a fan of the plastic hub coverings for where the desk mounts. For the price, they should be metal, but a black Friday deal is a black Friday deal. Still the slickest desk that does the job excellently with mini wheels. No complaints in how it's held up or performed. Cat approved
