Very efficient transaction. I’m happy with the quality of the shoes so far. I fly in the fixed-wing emergency medical environment and these shoes (as expected) are far more comfortable than boots while still complementing a flight suit. I’m satisfied that these flight shoes are durable enough to wear professionally while still permitting a much higher degree of ‘feel’ on rudder pedals. I would think these shoes would really work well for a lot of other piloting professions as well.

A great website, easy to navigate. The order arrived a day earlier than was specified. My only problem is the fit. The seem to just 'float' over my nose and not just settle on my face. Other than this, they are great.

This is a nice helmet for non-cold weather flying. I especially like the adjustable straps for the headset earphones. The package prominently says designed in California but the fine print says made in China. Would be better if it was made in the USA.

The Flux ultralight flight cap is excellent. It fit my Lightspeeds very well and I had no problem with multi-G pushover and outsides while not being as hot as a helmet. Great price.

I flew with the shoes last weekend and they performed better than expected. I wasn't sure how shoes can change rudder control but now I am convinced. I will never fly without them, super comfortable.

overall my experience has been very good, the shoes appear to be quality made and are pretty comfortable, the only negative I have is that the shoes run about a half size small (for me), but that is no fault of the manufacturer

I forgot that the pilot shoes come in UK sizes which are one size larger than the US sizes. The size chart on the web site clearly states the size difference and I had an older pair in which I ordered the correct size. The order was placed on a weekend so I sent an email, a web site message and a voice mail (yes, I am OCD). Monday morning I got a prompt email message with a text follow-up where customer service cancelled the order before the shoes shipped with instructions to reorder with the correct size. I was impressed with the quick response and follow-up.

I did not know there would be so much difference in these shoes vs standard shoes. I’m a student about to finish PPL and felt the rudder better than I’ve ever felt it with these shoes. They are a game changer for me.
