I was sent an email about a shoe sale, I immediately ordered a pair of 11.5 gold high top shoes at your sale price. 15 minutes later, I received a notification from my bank where the funds had been returned to my account. I received no notification of why the money was returned text email etc. after another 30 minutes, I called Lyft aviation and a young lady told me that the shoe should not have been on the website they were out of this particular brand or size. That’s why the money was refunded. As businesses we have to keep in mind that communication is key!

Lift aviation is not responding to my emails. I placed an order paying for 2 day shipping. It took them 6 days just to ship with expected delivery in 11 days, absolutely not acceptable. I have sent several emails requesting a refund, with no reply. I had previously recommended lift aviation to my flight department and now I regret this decision and I will never purchase from them again.

the shoes are uncomfortable. im a commercial pilot and it feels like im walking on 2 planks of wood, that only flex in the middle. and they just dont look professional at all. i emailed them as soon as i got them to return and have yet to get a reply.

This is the second time I have ordered from Lift. Both times they use UPS as a carrier and the amount of Duty and process fees have been more than the order itself. I will not order from Lift again.

I had to wait over a year to be able to order the winged pilot shirts. That was not good.

International shipping policy is flawed .... value for customs was over double purchase price . This is incorrect as selling price ALWAYS is acceptable as true value and taxes NOT shipping cost is all that is applicable. Pointed this out got a contrived, feeble excuse . Very sad . Product is just fine

Expensive white shoes I ordered as a gift had tons of blue pen marks all the way around upper about 1/4 above sole. Very embarrassing. Gift ruined. Recipient who had asked for these shoes a month ago was almost immediately searching how to return them when he thought I wasn’t looking.
