You get what you put in.. pay attention.
Amazing no-nonsense in-depth coverage of many advanced real estate strategies. Provided a clear approach to the value creation mechanism behind every strategy as well as the risks and exit strategies for each. Deal models presented in ways where it is clear every party benefits in each unique situation.

Pip was excellent
Pip was excellent, funny,entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. The class was very informative to the point of brain overload. My sister and I are both newbie Master Traders with the investments portion so adding this information was overload. Highly recommend !!

Pip is a great trainer
Pip is a great trainer, he keeps it simple but gives a lot of practical advice. He is also very funny and keeps it very personal as he seems to learn almost 200 names during our 3 day session.
