Service providers should proceed with caution
LifeSupplyUSA engaged Remotivate for two recruitment searches. We successfully filled the Ecommerce Operations Manager position. The second search, for a Catalog Manager, was ended by LifeSupplyUSA approximately three weeks into the agreed four-to-six-week recruitment period, after which the company requested a refund that did not meet the contractual conditions. LifeSupplyUSA subsequently initiated American Express payment disputes for both engagements, including the successfully completed placement. Despite our submission of the agreements, correspondence, recruitment records, and evidence of the successful hire, the disputes were resolved in the cardholder’s favor. Based on our experience, we would caution other service providers to consider the possibility of payment disputes when deciding whether to work with LifeSupplyUSA.

Reply text Thank you for sharing your perspective. For transparency with anyone reading: the reviewer represents Remotivate, a recruiting agency LifeSupplyUSA previously worked with, and this review relates to a contractual disagreement between our two companies over a recruiting engagement. It does not describe a customer experience with our products or service. We value our partners and have long-standing relationships with many of our suppliers and service providers. We remain open to resolving this matter directly with Remotivate. Eric, Founder and CEO
