I have serious doubts about this so-called health coaches and their credentials. My investigation into their background revealed some concerning details: The institution they claim to have trained at, Lifestyle Prescriptions University, doesn’t qualify as a legitimate university. It’s absent from the UNESCO University List, which serves as the benchmark for recognized educational institutions globally. They boast of offering degree and PhD qualifications supposedly accredited by the European International University, which is, in reality, just an office in Thailand—not recognized by Thai authorities as a legitimate educational establishment, and also not listed on UNESCO University List. It’s disheartening to think that these “health coaches” invested around £10,000 in what amounts to a fabricated qualification. Given these factors, it's evident that these health coaches lack the proper training, qualifications, and accreditation to provide credible health coaching. I would strongly advise against pursuing any services from them. While lifestyle changes can indeed influence health, it’s crucial to complement those with modern medical advice and treatments. Always consult your GP before considering spending your hard-earned money on such questionable practices.
