Hi, I have been using Cerebra plus for a little over a year now and find it helpful in keeping me focused. It was time to buy more, which I did on-line on your website. It wasn't necessary to speak with anyone and your website did what I expected it to do. It was quick and simple to place my order and I was done in no time. Thank you. Paul

My order was cancelled for unreasonable causes, despite my Discover card was always extra vigilant about possible wrongdoings. They rely on Shopify opinion, which I never used and never trusted.
Response from Life Sprout BioceuticalsFeb 17, 2023
Dear Natalia, unfortunately, the fraud detection service in our system is not 100% fool proof. Once the system detects possible fraud, the order is automatically cancelled. Most of the time, the system gets it right and protects consumers and Life Sprout Bioceuticals. In this case, it looks like the system was wrong and we are truly sorry that you had this experience with us. To make up for the unfortunate situation, we will be sending you one free bottle of Vision X20. Please contact me directly in the future should you wish to continue purchasing our products.

Bladder Brake produced the promised results, much to my relief! And right before traveling to far away lands, where access to bathrooms was going to be challenging. I went for the reduced priced bulk quantity and glad I did.

One of your customer service reps, Nadia, was able to track down an order I placed on 1/3 and have not gotten it. She found out for me that it was returned because no apartment number was specified when I ordered the product online. I gave her the proper address including the apartment number and she said the order will go out and I should get it this week. She was very helpful and did an outstanding job helping me.
