Took 2 months to receive product, had to keep calling customer service since my emails weren’t getting answered, and they didn’t recognize product name or my order for those 2 months

I ordered two bottles of AgeFX but the package I received contained only one bottle. I Emailed this information to Life Sprout Bioceuticals but received no response. I called them, and afer being on hold for over 30 minutes, I received a message that said I was calling during a time when they were not open for business, although I was calling on a Friday afternoon. I was then directed to leave a message, but when I tried to leave a message, I recived a reply stating that a message could not be left because the Email box was filled to capacity,.

Not good. I received a package with a bottle with no label. I called customer service and he could not help. I have name and order number. He told me that I had not placed an order. Told me to email customer support. No response yet. Been a week. Customer Support reached out stating my email went to spam. They said will send me a new bottle and did make it right by refunding me.

My order was late and customer service weren't super helpful. I did end up getting the product after some time, but the experience wasn't the best.

Your products were recommended by a friend and I checked out your site. I was very excited about the products and my first order was quite large and I am still awaiting the order. However your site is not user friendly. It took me too long to place an order. Then what I ordered was not showing up in the cart. I shop online all the time for convenience but this was time consuming. Also I paid for a rush order and it’s going to take 7 days. Another setback. I just hope the products are as good as my friend said it is.

On week 2 taking 3 pills daily and not feeling good results. going to start the 2 daily now and hope for best.

Trying to order the one you want sucks. Confusing how to order the one you want. They did give me a refund.

Got the product pretty fast,been using a week. No miracle yet😁
