Hot tub cover
I ordered a hot tub cover replacement. There were some delays due to the freight company that sent it but the hot tub cover itself is in good shape and in good condition.

My Birthday surprise
I ordered a spa cover after paying for it. I received an email stating it takes 3 to 4 weeks for production nowhere on the website. Does it state that so I was a little surprised that it would take that long. I ordered it July 11 and didn’t receive it until August 21, the reason I give this company five stars is first off it was delivered on my birthday which was nice and secondly, every time I contacted the company for updates they provided them quickly. and we’re very helpful. most importantly, the spa cover fits perfectly, and is beautiful.

Lifesmart better use another shipping carrier !!!!
I had a spa ordered. I live near Fresno Ca. and upon following the tracking it showed the spa was in FRESNO (30) minutes away then the tracking showed it went to Texas then Tenn, and did not arrive on the date it was supposed to. I took a day off to be home for the delivery !!! well since it showed it was is Tenn. and who knows when it would arrive so I CANCELLED IT !!

Waiting past deliver window
Will potentially update once the hot tub arrives. For now I have the company sending emails for reviews after their estimated delivery time has come and went. When ordering a screen popped up with a bunch of items to agree to, which included the 2-4 week timeframe for delivery. I emailed about 3 weeks in, and to their credit they were quick to respond, but gave me a different delivery window. After I told them of the timeframe I was given they thankfully assured me that it would come within that 2-4 week window. Unfortunately 4 weeks have come and gone and there has been no word on the tub even being ready for delivery, let alone being scheduled and here on time.

I am sorry your spa is not ready in the time you had hoped. We clearly have noted on the product page 5-6 weeks for delivery, and you are at 4 weeks now (ordered on July 17). You spa ships Thursday, August 17, which is right at the estimated time, if not a little earlier. If we don't expect delivery within the estimated window, we will let you know!
