Order and Shipping update NON-Existent!
Order and Shipping updates are NON-Existent! placed the order 14days ago and had to call twice w/out Any updates since then.

We have just recently launched hosting the parts for the manufacturer, and they had not provided any lead times previously. We have now listed the expected lead for parts (2-3 weeks), and you your parts have shipped and are expected Monday! When the parts ship, we email you the tracking information so hopefully you have all of the needed information now. Thanks for your patience and we hope we can serve you again!

Incorrect presentation…
Incorrect presentation of color options for cover and delivery times. Initially advertised 2-4 weeks and brown color but after we paid only black available and 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and review of LifesmartOutlet.com. The shipping and color options are completely accurate on the website, and we update when the manufacturer shifts the lead time and the offerings. For about 5-6 weeks, covers have been listed at a 6-7 week lead time, and a few weeks back the manufacturer changed the offering for colors to only the black polyester for all Lifesmart spas. I am sorry if you missed the transitions for each of those adjustments, and we are always glad to answer questions or talk about options by phone, chat, or email if something does not seem correct!

I ordered a hot tub cover
I ordered a hot tub cover, that was 6 to 8 weeks to get. I called and canceled the order within five days, but was charged a 3% processing fee. Be aware when you purchase something that when you agree to terms you agree to a processing fee on a return, even if you do not receive the product.

I am sorry for the delay on cover orders; unfortunately, each cover is manufactured upon the order, and the manufacturer is backed up creating extended lead times (which are also posted on the product page). That is a great note to be aware of the terms and conditions. We work to be very open and communicate on our terms and conditions and to confirm those terms before you can proceed with the purchase. The spa accessories came very quickly and are exactly as specified. Waiting for the delivery of our spa and then the order will be complete!

Perfect
I was a little concerned buying online, but the cover arrived today, and it's perfect. The old one was cracked and sun-faded. And it had absorbed so much water over the years that I could barely move it (the main problem I had with it). I can pick this one up with one arm. Perfect. I have some issues with TForce Freight. But there was no damage to the cover, so all's well that ends well I guess.

A great experience all around. Excellent customer service and love my hot tub! Great jets. I do wish it would get hotter, around 108!!
