My shipment did not arrive at the time expected. I found that the credit card on file was not current. The shipment arrived 2 days later.

Ability to reschedule when my dog's don't eat as fast as some other times. Fast delivery from shipping date. Communication about upcoming orders.

After having two of our cats die, we were able to adjust our shipment dates to accommodate this change. Now we are getting two kittens, which will mean more food.

I've raised my 3 puppies into young adulthood with Life's Abundance. They are currently on the grain free formula and are thriving. The pups love it. When I order online. the shipment arrives within 3 days time. Always efficient in fulfillment. I recently ordered cat food because I didn't know they made cat food! He's going grain free as well!
