I sent an email to let the company know that the last 2 shipments had come with holes in the bags and the dog food had leaked out of the box. I heard back from customer service within 24 hours and they sent me a new bag. I had just sent them an email to inform them and didn't expect a free bag. It was a pleasant surprise and told me alot about the company and how they stand behind their product.
