We’ve been using Life’s Abundance since our dog, named Kitty (lol), was a puppy- she’s now 2 years old. We’ve used the same treats, the nutritional rewards, for all 2 years. In our recent order, we noticed the texture had changed dramatically. They’re usually leathery but the recent order was bone dry and crumbly. We thought maybe yall had just changed the recipe and Kitty didn’t seem to mind the change. With that being the only diet change, she started having incredibly soft stool and was going potty a lot more. We knew it had to be the treats. We stopped giving them and it stopped. When we reported it to the company via phone call, the representative was a delight. She sent a new bag and reported it to quality control. However, the new bag has a similar issue. It’s not as dry and crumbly as the first but it’s not back to the original. We’re too nervous to give Kitty anything from the second bag either. Hope yall go back to the original or fix the issue soon!

The product is high quality and my dogs really seem to like it. I only wish the autoship packaging was a little more manageable. It's a long heavy box, maybe add handles to the boxes? A minor issue, but that's one way I would improve the autoship. Thank you!

The dog food is healthy and fresh and provides all the necessary nutrients and my dog never tires of it. The service is outstanding and I always get my dog food on time.
