There is a misunderstanding as to the terms of the membership, what it covered, and what it did not cover. Given that, I truly appreciated the professionalism and patience of Letara R. She is an exceptional communicator! I am a Senior Consultant for U.S. Government work; therefore, the way I communicate is strictly scrutinized and must always be above reproach. As such, I truly appreciated being 'handled' in the same professional manner.
