Down 40lbs! The staff is very responsive. I had a lot of side effects and we worked together on compounds that would work best and optimize my results. They’re app is great… just wish the monthly fee was less

It took about 3 months for my body to adjust to the medicine, a good bit of nauseau and vomiting but after about the fourth month the weight started coming off as the medicine was increasingly titrated. Reminders are sent out to order your next bottle and weigh in with current weight. Only 1 associate congratulated me on my weight loss so more support is needed that way. If you have questions or problems you can request a zoom mtg but it may take a few days, in MY experience so quicker would be more beneficial. As my insurance will NOT cover the cost as I am thankfully not diabetic the cost is getting to the point of not being able to continue. The first month's membership was $75 but there after it is $149, which was NOT divulged!! Helping me lose this menopausal weight is restoring my confidence but the cost is more than I can afford. I hate to end the program but I may not have a choice. Other programs don't have the monthly membership fee and the cost of the medicine doesn't increase even with increasing the dose. I wish Life MD would work with those of us on a tight budget, we matter too!!!

Excellent service! Sean helped me with getting everything set up because the website was very confusing and misleading. Jessica is the best, she's been amazing answering all my questions during my weight loss journey! I'm down 25 lbs in 4 months! The only complaint I have is it's Really expensive!

Everything is great, like the portal, like the ease of it all.i rated 4 stars because when u need a stronger med the price goes way up. I don't know how much longer I will be able to use the semiglutimide compound because I live off of social security so have low income and my insurance will n9t pay for Wegovy anymore. I would rate LifeMD five stars if it weren't for the fact that I'm paying $149 a month and hardly ever interact with them. On the bright side, they are really quick to respond to my questions and get my prescriptions sorted out quicklyIt seems like they are available, but they can take a while to respond at times. When my prescription needs approval from the pharmacy, it becomes quite challenging for them to reach the doctor. I often find myself leaving a note on the LifeMD site to facilitate communication.
