It has been a great experience throughout. I started at 217 pounds and without much effort I am now at 186 pounds six months later. I’m well on my way to my goal of 173 pounds. I am a male, 5‘10“, 62 years old. My blood pressure went down significantly, to an average of 112/75. My A1c went down from prediabetic to 5.4 my cholesterol and triglycerides went down impressively and I feel great. Got rid of all my medications except their version of Mounjaro. And my blood tests have never been better. All this without any effort on my part because the GLP-1 shot once a week took away most of my appetite. I always feel full with a little food and I make sure it’s protein. I haven’t done as much exercise as I should, but I’m planning on doing more. Basically walking here and there a little more than I did before, but I have a lot more energy. The support is great on the app and the cost is extremely reasonable. I’ve recommended Life MD to many friends and associates. It’s been a wonderful experience.
