Nothing but empty words from these folks. 5 calls to customer service. Manager promised order would go out and they would contact me. Order placed 3 weeks ago, still says in process on website. Very disappointed.

This company is happy to help you get access to prescription medications- but the discounts they offer initially don’t last month to month- and they don’t tell you that- so keep a close eye on your bill. Also- cancelling a prescription is IMPOSSIBLE on the site, and if you call to cancel they will put you on hold indefinitely in the hopes that you will give up.

LifeMD is aggressively trying to remove my review claiming I’m a fake customer. I’ve had to provide receipts and other proof to TrustPilot. Despite their claims to TrustPilot they have been conversing with me regarding my order. I find this lack of integrity very telling. I will post this review in several more sites to counter their aggressive tactics. I ordered medicine a month ago. Every couple weeks they ask me a follow up question that until I answer they cannot ship the medicine. They should ask all questions at one time. The meds took over a month to ship after nearly a dozen emails and messages to the company. Most questions to customer service have gone unanswered. For what it’s worth I contacted them 3x via the email in their response below and they have not responded. They eventually responded promising a response the next day and it took two more days.

This company is a complete scam!! I was told my prescription would be shipped out promptly but that never happened. They have no problem quickly charging your credit card, but good luck getting anything mailed out or your money refunded. Customer service is non-existent. So they're reply is to contact them via email and they will fix my problem. But I've already done that three times before I posted a negative comment and nobody will answer you. I would be very cautious dealing with this company

The proof is in the pudding! When the experience say verified that mean I proven my case to make this review! The absolute worst doc visit ever! Didn’t even call prescriptions in and was not professional at all this site is ghetto for sure! Called at 1230 pm to talk with doctor who was rude as hell and tried to tell me about something she knows nothing about! She also told me to wait 20 min and called the pharmacy to make sure meds are there. I waited until 3pm and went to pharmacy and the prescription was not there! So then I tried to reach out to see what happen and got the run around while standing in the pharmacy looking stupid! So around 430 they sent prescription But I was long gone to work. Word of advice to the doctor. If you wasn’t so busy telling me how I’m messing up my life with this laser that had nothing to do with what I called for maybe you could have sent my prescription in on time. Y’all didn’t wait to take the $36 and when I called back I was told y’all had a lot of patients lol like that had anything to do with me. It ain’t changing over here and stop calling my phone. Y’all would not even answer me back yesterday and want me to answer y’all today and stop saying anything to get off I ain’t talk to no two medical professional and y’all dropped the ball 🗣next imma post the messages and times so y’all can stop lying to these people!
