Online selected the introductory $39 for first month and ~$850 for rest of the year GLP-1 medication. Gave all payment information. Then the site immediately asked to confirm a $159/month plan. I do not agree. They still charged me $39 and did NOT ship the first month of medication. Every attempt to contact them was not responded to.

By far the worst site for the meds . They have no problem overcharging your credit card.Had to call 4 time for over $600 in refunds and them when I sais enough is enough with babysitting my account the did not want to prorate the membership and felt they did nothing wrong 4 times because the refund it after be told to 2-3 weeks later each time

I was told my account was cancelled in October of 2025. I even have the email. I was continued to be billed for the next 4 cycles. A total of $891. I never caught it because it was on my HSA Card. They were billing me for GLP-1 that was cancelled. When I tried to resolve it, they told me it was because I still had access to consultations. I have INSURANCE and MY OWN Dr. Why would I want to keep consulting you if I cancelled? What a joke. Horrible Customer Service.

I cancelled my subscription twice, And they charged my account after i suspended everything. Call them several times and they tell you theres nothing they can do and will charge you again. AVOID.

So far very underwhelming -the site has a million technical issues. I paid 4 days ago and still it says I need to do a bunch of things online but when you try to resolve it the site won’t let you and says it’s all completed. I waited on hold the first day for 30 minutes then again for 20 more. I finally reached a person and nope -still not able to do my appointment.the person I spoke to also had problems with the website and it was doing the same thing for them. Sent several messages etc, emailed and texted.. I’m getting a refund if I don’t hear something by the weekend. I’d use a different provider. Save your money and energy. I’m going back to my former provider.

I tried to cancel my prescription as it is more expensive than advertised. When you email customer support, you get no response. I have sent several emails over the last few days and have not heard back. When you contact any type of Healthcare provider or company, you should receive a somewhat quick response. They allegedly send your prescription to Lilly direct. When you call Lilly, they have no record of you. I have sent numerous messages to cancel everything and close my account. When you call you speak to a robot named Alex who has a different voice every time. In addition depending on what reason you say you are calling for, you are either disconnected or placed on hold for a ridiculous length of time. I am doubting the legitimacy of this website. The advertising of lower prices is misleading and false. I will be contacting my bank to dispute charges, my employers benefits department that advertised this app, BenefitsHub that advertisedthis app, the Better Business Beurau and Medical Board. I have been a Healthcare Professional for over 30 years. It is appalling to see this happening in Healthcare. This company, if they are legitimate, is a disgrace. I do not advise using this company.

Cancel everything I signed up for. I have been trying to reach a person no one will return my call or text me. I’ve called 4 times and now I’ve been on hold for one hour and 56 minutes. I was told I can talk to someone and ask questions but that was a lie. Send refund for my three months since I can’t get anywhere with u people.

They charged me $139 and $39. I did not receive anything but the $39 product due to getting caught in a loop on their website asking for pharmacy. I immediately reached out to let them know but they still charged the $139. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
