I signed up for the weight loss program a few weeks ago. Since signing up, I’ve been attempting to setup my initial consult. I contacted Life MD via their app, via email, and via telephone, to no avail. On their app, it states it will take 1-2 business days to receive a response. It has been 8 business days so far. I also requested to cancel and receive a refund, to which I’ve receive no answer. When I call, I am transferred to their “after hours” messaging service. I’ve left 2 messages in the middle of day. I have yet to be contacted. This is beginning to feel like a scam and I’m afraid I’ve flushed several hundred dollars down the drain. I would not recommend utilizing this service.

LifeMD presents itself as credible company to help obtain medication at a low cost. The website collects personal information as though it's a credible medical records application. None of the information is actually relevant in which the goal is to get a person to sign up and pay for the misleading program. BUYER BEWARE!!! In the terms and conditions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you are paying for a useless "medical program" and DOES NOT include medication costs.

Customer service is terrible. My re-fill was shipped to wrong address twice. It took over 3 months to receive delivery of daily medication. Spoke to Brittany a couple of times. As a “supervisor” she is absolutely terrible. Zero customer service. Zero communication/follow up skills. Medication is effective/great. Customer service is absolutely 100% substandard.

I could not agreed more with these negatives reviews, first time trying to get the service I paid for it I scheduled my appt for Wednesday and can you believe that I was waiting for the APRN FNP name " Shadae McMillan never answered the even though it said she was ready, never she enjoyed the call. This is a really scam!!!! trying to contact they never respond.

HORRIBLE - This place has got to be fraud. Had my initial "intake", basically asked my name and nothing else. Within the first minutes they turned their camera off and just bascially proceeded to tell me how they were going to send me the drugs from Florida which three weeks today I've never received. I've reached out twice with no response. Disputed the charges on my CC to get my money back. These people are hacks. You'll see their canned response to my review below, but trust me they do not want to talk with you because I've tried. UPDATE: As expected I got the "canned' reply that is the same reply they send whenever they get a poor review. I also got "prove" you're an actual customer, eye roll. Of course I've sent and email but have received zero response. These people do not care.

Do not I repeat do not get involved with this company. Was charged for a prescription I did not refill. Won’t refund money even though the prescription has not shipped. I’m not sure where these people are located, there should be an attorney general in the state they are at to go after these people. I’m definitely going to be looking at any and all solutions to this company and there business practices.

Ok so what I have learned. The 100 and something dollars I paid is an introductory price on a continuous billing cycle. But the price goes up after the first payment. I also just found out it’s going to cost me close to a $1000 to fill my script but I never even had an appointment with a doctor because it says they called but my phone didn’t ring. (I’m sure that’s my providers fault) However now I’m just trying to cancel and I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes by the time I’m writing this review. I actually feel they will not answer for a while to get me to hang up so they can get me again. If they don’t answer soon I guess I’ll just cancel my card. Edit: After a while it made me leave a message for a call back

Believe the negative reviews! This service is a total joke and every person involved should feel ashamed of this poor excuse for a company. I strongly suspect their practices are likely contributing towards Medical insurance fraud. I’ve been with LifeMD for over a month now. I have yet to receive one single response to any messages from my provider. Customer service is non-existent. How do do you morally calm this a viable option for tele-health? After my first visit, I was told customer service would reach out in 24 hours to do an insurance check and to discuss options for my prescription. No calls or responses to my messages for over a week. I had to book an appointment with my provider, who failed to respond to any messages, and forced her to put in the scrip over the phone during our appointment. Similar to after my first visit, there are now complications after my now third visit with my prescription and I’m now without my refill since the pharmacy hasn’t been able to get in touch with my provider in 5 days. Customer service points their finger at the provider and the provider will inevitably blame customer service. The only way I know how to get in touch with my provider is to book a new appointment, which I know have to wait several days for. If this is their strategy, you’ll be hearing about me reporting this as insurance fraud as well.
