When I first signed up with LifeMD they were very knowledgeable and very amiable. Now I cannot get an appointment, not only from my provider, nor the entire medical team. Be cautious about signing up.

Bait and switch
Most definitely pissed off when I realized the huge $387 fee wasn't for a 6 mo prescription for wegoly as I was lead to believe during the entire process. On top of that, in the initial quiz, my weightloss goal date was a few months and after I paid the fee and signed into the portal, it got extended to a year! This site is a bait and switch 100%. I want a refund asap.

This is a big time bait and switch
This is a big time bait and switch. The initial fee is for consultation. Even though the entire sales process only referances medication. You're paying for consultation, and the medication will cost you an undisclosed amount out of pocket. Don't waste your time or money with LifeMd.

BEWARE. Imm. received FRAUD ALERT
Luckily I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED an email from credit card company stating FRAUD ACTIVITY from this company, thereby blocking the transaction. Even if this were legit theyre charging THIS FEE to BE A MEMBER . IT WOULD NOT/DOES NOT COVER MEDS AS IT LEADS U TO BELIEVE.Relieved i didnt lose $400. Have since canceled cc & blocked any bank transactions. PLEASE BEWARE.

I signed up with this company
I signed up with this company. I downloaded their app followed all procedures.They requested my health profile 4 times which I provided and it showed in my portal each time, also upon login. the doctor cancelled appt on me and they said another week for new appt after waiting one week already. I have sent 4 messages through my portal with zero response and called them with no return phone calls. I'm file complaint with cc company and BBB.

What a scam!
They advertise $x/mo for weight loss meds… but NO, the advertised fee is for you to be able to talk to someone there to sell you more stuff! Super disappointed and feel “tricked” and am now $290 poorer!

Just so you understand how everything works, our program works similarly to when you go to an in-person doctor's visit. You pay and consult with a doctor, and they may prescribe medication, which you then pick up from a pharmacy, paying either via insurance or out-of-pocket for the medication they prescribed. Our platform allows all of this to be done virtually and from the comfort of your home. With our platform, you get insurance coverage assistance for Branded GLP-1 medications, unlimited access to your provider, Quest and LabCorp labs, and 24/7 customer service access to ensure you have everything you need along your weight loss journey. It is stated on our website that medication is not included; however, I do understand that details like this can often get overlooked. I apologize for any inconvenience. Very convoluted to the point of being…
Very convoluted to the point of being deceptive. You don't really know what you are buying. No order number or receipts you can refer to. Only then did I look up their reviews unfortunately so I cancelled. No mention of refund no confirmation email, nothing to indicate I'll get my money back.

Ordered a sleep medication
Ordered a sleep medication. Decided to cancel the order after my card was charged and before the order was shipped. I was informed they can't do that. Stay away from this scam!!
