I am a returning customer and they made my onboarding seamless. If you get confused by the app and dont know how to navigate just send a message. The response time is quick, which I enjoy. Doctors are always available and also quick to reply.

Great enrollment experience
So far enrollment has been great and Jessica Staci did an amazing job explaining everything and helping me confident enrolling. She answered every question I had including those related to FSA eligibility. I’m looking forward to the journey.
